Role Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented and results-driven “Consultant – Marketing Operations” with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in campaign setup, automation workflows, lead management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing automation processes within Marketo, creating email templates and landing page templates from scratch, ensuring seamless campaign execution, optimized lead nurturing, and measurable marketing ROI. Experience in Marketo implementation including creating all types of templates/ assets would be desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, landing pages, nurture tracks) in Adobe Marketo Engage/HubSpot/Brevo or other email automation.
  • Ensure campaigns align with client marketing objectives and timelines.
  • Design and implement smart campaigns, engagement programs, and automation workflows.
  • Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and data hygiene to improve targeting and conversion.
  • Work with Salesforce (or other CRMs) for lead flow, campaign attribution, and data synchronization.
  • Maintain data accuracy and governance between Marketo and integrated platforms.
  • Generate campaign performance reports, dashboards, and insights to measure ROI.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies across emails and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on Marketo’s latest features, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Partner with demand generation, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality emails/landing pages and workflows
  • Manage multiple client projects based on their campaign calendar.

Knowledge of other platforms and Digital Marketing like ABM, demand generation.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Marketo Engage or HubSpot or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in integrating Marketo with Salesforce CRM or other CRMs.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization (basic coding preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in reporting and campaign performance tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Marketo certification (MCE) is a plus.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager preferably from agency or consulting environments. who can lead marketing operations programs end-to-end, manage a small delivery team, and handle 2-3 client accounts with confidence. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Marketo, comfortable owning execution, and capable of driving projects from planning to performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; manage 2-3 accounts with high responsiveness and ownership.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing ops consultants; ensure quality delivery, workload planning, and performance oversight.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of Marketo programs – campaign builds, automation setups, scoring, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Translate client requirements into clear briefs, timelines, and processes for the delivery team.
  • Maintain project tracking, documentation, and governance across all accounts.
  • Ensure high delivery accuracy, adherence to SLAs, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with strategy, tech, and data teams to improve execution workflows and repeatable processes.
  • Review campaign performance and provide insights to clients for ongoing optimization.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, scoping of requests, and capacity planning.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations with at least 3+ years hands-on in Marketo.
  • Strong understanding of Marketo programs, nurture design, workflows, lead lifecycle, scoring, smart campaigns, and integrations.
  • Prior experience managing a small team (2–5 members).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Exceptional project management skills – planning, prioritization, documentation, and risk management.
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Marketo issues and guide teams through best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a strong advantage.
  • Certification in Marketo or PMI/Agile frameworks.
